BEFORE: WEICK, MARTIN and JONES, Circuit Judges Order This appeal has been referred to a panel of the Court pursuant to Rule 9(a), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. After examination of the record, this panel agrees unanimously that oral argument is not needed. Rule 34(a), Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. Appellant, a prisoner, requests appointment of counsel in this action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 seeking injunctive relief and money damages for alleged violation of 18 U.S.C. §Â§ 2510-2520 in the monitoring of telephone conversations.
